Used for labour packages and per-hour labour lines. Default R1 000.
Change the logo, short name, tagline and colours so this app can be sold or used under another workshop brand. Saved locally and synchronised to the API server so connected devices share the same brand.
PNG or JPG recommended. Image is resized to fit (max ~256px) and stored in this browser. Used in the sidebar, lock screen and PDF invoices.
Company Name is the master brand name. The logo area, sidebar header, login screen and document branding all follow it.
Required for automatic PDF attachment in WhatsApp on desktop. Enable this, then paste Meta Cloud API Phone number ID and access token. On a phone, Share can also attach the PDF via the system share sheet without the API.
Each user can change their own password here. Admins can also reset another user's password. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Admins can see usernames and securely set/reset passwords, but existing passwords can never be recovered or displayed.
Changing your password will apply immediately to this account.
Roles control which menu items this user can open. Only Admins can manage users and factory-reset.

Everything is stored only in this browser — nothing is sent anywhere. Export a backup regularly and keep a copy safe (drive, USB, email). When importing, you choose how to handle overlaps: Smart merge (recommended), Add new only, or Replace all. Smart merge matches by ID and by secondary keys (invoice number, client name+phone, part SKU) so the same record from two devices is not duplicated.

Scan this device for likely duplicate clients (same name + phone/email) and parts (same SKU or name). You can merge them into one record. Invoice and transaction duplicates are handled during backup import.
Clean for new installation wipes everything on this browser: clients, jobs, invoices, inventory, transactions, bank import lines, PIN, users, manuals cache and settings. The app reloads as a blank install. This cannot be undone — export a backup first if you need the data.
After cleaning, set company details under Settings and import a backup if needed.
This is a self-contained enterprise build. Business data stays on this browser (localStorage + IndexedDB). Host on HTTPS for PWA install, service worker caching, and update checks. Use Backup / Export regularly. Technical guides remain fully offline-capable.
